I would say advance dates to 2020 first. Grant AP to all those for 6 years.
They don’t need to make the visa bulletin “current” to make a positive impact. Pick a date in this decade (i.e. the 2020s) and at help people. Don’t use the strawman of “we can’t make it current,” to keep the dates at 2012. Everyone will know the true intent of that nonsense.
