📺Keep your eyes on TV tonight as Royal Free London staff and patients feature across the #BBC and #Channel4. A son who donated his kidney to his father will share his story on @BBCLondonNews at 6.30pm. Joshua Andrew donated his kidney to his father David in January at the Royal Free Hospital, having previously donated bone marrow as part of David’s cancer treatment in 2013. It means the pair have matching immune systems and Joshua’s kidney was a perfect match for David. Dr Gautam Mehta (@drgautammehta), consultant hepatologist and principal investigator at the UCL Institute for Liver and Digestive Health, will also feature on a @Channel4 documentary tonight called 'Alcohol-free booze: is It worth it?'. In it he explains to presenter Dr Alex George the findings from his research into short-term abstinence from alcohol. Tune in at 8pm.
