How does giving $419 million of taxpayer $ to a private for-profit sports company (OSEG in Lansdowne 2.0) a balanced approach? How is raising transit fares & cutting bus service a balanced approach?

Both population & employment grew in Ottawa over the pre-pandemic period while ridership stagnated due to constant fare increases under Mayor Watson. And now an OCTranspo budget that believes ridership will return to 80% pre-pandemic (with another fare increase). THIS IS CRAZY!
