Reaching out to my network. NGA have excluded federations from governance. This needs an urgent rethink. @NGAMedia members, pls consider asking NGA to reinstate the federation category. ALL schools, students and their communities, matter.

@NGAMedia So important that you have completely omitted all those who govern in federations. Education in all its forms must be inclusive. Shocking that the NGA have removed the federation category. Perhaps federations should remove their NGa membership. @SchoolsWeek @educationgovuk

Governors sometimes need to overturn a decision. This can be tricky to manage. A debriefing session explaining all the reasons helps. However training is essential.

I sacrificed a lot of peace. It was worth it, but it was only over the holiday I realised the toll on my mental health/wellbeing. 2025 has to be different.
