Large scale research needs to investigate mechanisms underlying LGBTQ+ wellbeing inequalities, but in the meantime, we should already be intervening to support LGBTQ+ adolescents in schools and in mental health services

This is a heartbreaking letter pinned to the door of a fabulous butcher's shop in Newark. It has traded for over 170 years but has been forced to close for the reasons so eloquently expressed. I'm not ashamed to admit that it made me weep.
