George and Charlotte looked really tense and unhappy too. Part of that is the event itself, they had to be overwhelmed and certainly tired. But the tension between the Waleses was so thick it could have been cut with a knife. Kate isn't even trying to pretend anymore.

Stonehenge. We visited on a rainy day in 2016. I was standing out by one of the smaller standing stones (that isn't roped off). There was a crow sitting on it, sheep down in the pasture. It was just one of those silent moments when you literally feel time give way.
