@nishat76 @ankitkant @MeddygLou I've had that from a pt point of view but they said "we don't help people like her" which to this day I feel is patient blaming in tone. On the bright side, it taught me not to ask for help so I'm no longer adding pressure to the system.

@drgprman @DrEilidhMaria Because there's a culture of it being considered weak and unprofessional to take any break. Some places even nipping to the toilet is frowned upon. Then they wonder why people burn out.

@jabberwock951 My biggest eye roll was at "collapse, fever, shortness of breath, incidental finding asymptotic covid"

@rachelgemma90 I wasn't telling them what to do, just assuming they weren't psychic, was planning to leave as soon as I told them what had happened before they arrived unless they asked me to do something. They seemed mad I had sat with the guy but I know waiting a min feels like an hr

@LindaJe79892317 @sammywoodhouse1 I was taught judges hear both sides ans then make a decision it doesn't feel like that, it feels one sided.

@EllaCookWrites @Sheep_in_fog Been to 2, one of them other mourners were acting like mean girls on school taking about a "bad smell wafting in" spraying body spray at me. I was the only one masked. Learned my lesson don't want to offend those mourning so never again.

@ds_psych @SarahTaylo89428 They'll dismiss abuse even with a lot of evidence. Sometimes they'll refuse to read that evidence.

@DocDoLi @DrEilidhMaria I know someone who finished in the bottom decile, they were smart and hard working, but their mum died the day before the main exam.

@pi_brewery @DrEilidhMaria That was my experience of school one in particular taught me that wanting to learn more was bad, it became a guilty secret. I still find myself apologising for researching things

@RachelW71437240 @TharushaGunawa4 I was copied into a letter to my GP it said "we don't help people like her". At least I learned not to ask for medical help again.

@xtinexoop @OTLHENAC @koalakitch @SameenaAhmad7 @DrEilidhMaria Only if you, yourself are part of the mechanism which insists they put up with it. Otherwise you're supporting a greater degree of diversity. I wouldn't consider crop tops on the same level as bare legs with a knee length dress either. And I say that as someone who'd wear neither

@tanishabkpatel @AdamPatel4545 I've seen so many posts saying similar when you add in those getting second ans third choices that figure doesn't sound accurate

@caplan_g @MizShannonS I was really ill after my daughter's birth. Infection, rigoring. MW told me to gwt a grip that if had a baby and that wasn't an illness. Which is true but pregnant people can be ill and pregnancy can increase risks of some illnesses
