Not to brag or anything but when I was an intern, my nurses practically did nothing whenever I was on duty. I knew what I was doing and I would take care of all 18 patients by myself and still write report. There’s nothing they’re doing on the ward that intern nurses can’t do.
Someone just entered my Dm saying the policy is for our good, that newly qualified nurses don’t have enough experience to practice abroad. He even said internship experience is not enough . Sighs😭.

All the people that said I should just japa should comman see o. Almost 4M for only Osce. If I add this registration fee and NCLEX money, it will be over 12M💀.
So for Australia, money wise you will need 405$AUD for their registration. And for their osce, 4000AUD$. This is if you have your nclex already, if you don’t you will calculate the money needed for nclex exam with it.
