As of this AM, IMO the "book/runoff" value in $SI is DEAD. Even in runoff, not one $ can be distributed to investors given regulatory inquiries and litigation. $SI could burn $3-$6/share in opex/legal fees annually for YEARS in a runoff BEFORE a single fine or settlement is paid
