@olVegasCabbie @fasc1nate Yea. As long as they stay out of the red forest, the area is pretty much down to background, excluding any hot spots from buried stuff

@king_reinhardt @Author_PCorrell There’s lots of neat things to find at thrift if you bring a geiger or scintillator with you. It’s like a treasure hunt. But fiesta ware and uranium glass are amongst the most common

The Cosmic Lantern 📸 Messier 78 (M78) is a gorgeous reflection nebula about 1,350 light-years away. It’s part of the Orion Molecular Cloud Complex, a massive star-forming region also home to the famous Orion Nebula. Through a telescope, M78 appears as a soft, bluish glow against the dark backdrop of space—like a cosmic lantern hanging in Orion’s Belt. This is an isolated version of M78 you may have seen in my recent wide field photo of the area.

@AskPlayStation Battery life span is the worst from any generation. A fresh new controller lasted quite a while, but now a couple years later it doesn’t last 15min after a full charge. All 3 controllers are doing this, including the magenta one that came out at a later time.

The 'Boogeyman' Nebula 📷 My latest deep-sky image is a stunning Dark Nebula in the constellation Orion. This image includes exactly 10 hours of total exposure time! This is such a beautiful area of the night sky, with Barnards Loop separating the Boogeyman and the nearby reflection nebula, M78. While I am stoked with the way it turned out - I spent hours trying to get it 'just right' (whatever that means!) I captured this under the dark skies (Bortle 3) of the Winter Star Party with my ultra-portable astrophotography kit. I will post the full-size version on AstroBin shortly, as this one really needs to be seen in high resolution to be appreciated! @JuiceProphet Growing up, Watched it all from start to finish, played all the main games I could, collect the cards and play the tcg, and while I do have my play ID, have not competed in any official tournaments yet. I also have many plushes and minis that decorate a pokemon wall area.

@Lead_Flinger Up to you. You can just buy the dips and stack up, swing trade it to earn as you go to increase your buy power, or actively use it as intended.
