"In the end - when it's all said and done - as I reflect on my past, how will I measure my life?" It took me ~18 months to answer this question honestly. It was the most powerful mental exercise I've ever forced myself to do.

@BurgeUK customers/clients exist on a spectrum… [the most ideal — the most] non-ideal] In the beginning, you “say yes” to anyone, until you can’t say yes anymore. The great shift, for me, took place when I no longer said yes to anyone who wasn’t “the most ideal”.

My experience is that individuals/companies rarely get stuck at the "how do I solve this problem" step, they get stuck at the "I don't even know how to think about this problem" step.
