Guidelines today do not recommend lead shielding as it paradoxically increases the radiation dose to the patient due to automatic exposure control built into the CT. This is from BIR-RCR, same for USA. I recommend the 'Known unknowns of everyday radiology practice' book by @bhavinj and @Dr_AkshayBaheti

@AmineKorchiMD 🤣 unfortunately yes. I plan to hold for 10 more years at least and keep adding more when price falls. Same for ASML. Even Nasdaq 100 ETFs are a safe bet over the next decade. Note: again not investment advice

@drvenkimdrd Variable but usually 6-12 months post surgery you should have normal signal in the graft ie PD/T2 hypointense and normal thickness. So anything less than a year I just mention if there is hyperintense signal in the graft, doesn't matter as long as it's not torn

@PrisJarrinMD Could give a trial of ultrasound guided decompression, has good results in native ACL although I could not find literature on ACL graft decompression. If no adequate response final would be arthroscopy.

@mskradiologyuk @MSKSocietyIndia @mskteachingroom @Maheshpgi1 @AChhabraMD @ams_asian @RCRadiologists Wow that's epic! Wish I had that during my residency. @DrNeetigpt and me had won the previous AOCR ultrasound quiz in AOCR Mumbai 2018 as a team under dubious circumstances 😅, hosted by @nirvidahiya
