No solo eso, también eliminamos las Licencias No Automáticas, vigentes mayormente desde el gobierno de Nestor.

In Argentina, they just put a 16% tariff on laptops—a key input for *all* other industries. Juan Carlos worked out the numbers: this is an effective protection of about an order of magnitude higher (160%).
We have to do more studies about effective protection in these times.
