This could be big for whatever projects follow in Tornado Cash's footsteps. Doesn't say that the SEC won't sue others, but elsewhere around the globe, it prevents sanctions from being filed by the government on these grounds. Can the US find other reasons to sanction? Probably. But they cant use smart contracts as their excuse.
