there are so many quirks to these node providers...
and you only notice it after querying them for hours, days, months nonstop
you wouldn't believe the amount of times we stumbled onto some esoteric caching bug or regional discrepancies
get yourself a data provider that benchmarks their RPC node performance and has backups for better reliability 😗✌️
these are the mini-outages we've observed in our RPC providers over 2hrs. a fallback system is critical since no RPC provider can constantly keep all nodes healthy

it took us hundreds of changes and multiple rewrites to get to that level of coverage
yes it's hard to get prices for nft mints bc most collections use custom price logic, but after 30+ iterations we've covered ~80% of collections with >$100k traded volume
using erc20/native transfers, parsing specific platforms like zora, and some dilligence can go a long way 🧑🌾
