My ed has brainrotted me so bad the first thing i notice ab a person is how their body looks and whether i would be happy as their weight
— # 1 . Good posture !
All of my skinny friends have good posture. If your in school like i am dont hunch over your work or chrome book, sit up. Dont hunch over your phone either, most of them bring it up to their face instead !
— # 2 . Covering your mouth !
For some reason all of my friends cover their mouth when they eat or laugh and it gives off this petite vibe in a way— ( in the most non cringe way possible ) it’s easy to pick up on this habit, especially while eating.
— # 3 . Walk walk walk !
Im still a teenager so most of my friends and i dont drive but nobody walks more than my skinny friend. She walks everywhere she can and looks great doing so ! I try to do the same instead of spending money on transportation sometimes :)
— # 5 . No complaining about food !
None of my skinny friends ever complain about food— ever ! Not about proportions or not being full enough, they just never do. And trust its very humbling when your the only one asking for more.
— # 6 . Sharing !
I try to share my food as often as i can ! I have 3 cookies, you can have 2 ! Or ill break off half of something i have and give it to someone else— takes the weight off of me anyways >< i love sharing ! Esp with my fast metabolic bf :3
— # 7 . Spending money !
Ive actually never seen any of my skinny friends spend their money on food— im sure they have at some point but i know most of them have better things they’d rather have than something to eat.
— # 8 . Small foods >> whole meals !
Ive actually picked this up from my best friend who will eat random things during the day and probably only eats dinner. She eats like yogurt, a banana, maybe a spam musubi here and there but never actually eats breakfast or lunch.
— # 4 . Stand up straight !
I have never once caught my friend lean against something when standing— its kinda incredible. This one is a bit hard for me to do sometimes but it helps with posture and confidence sometimes aswell !
— # 9 . Pacing !
While eating try to pace yourself. Drink something in between every bite ! It takes my friend AGES js to eat a small cup of yogurt and that’s because she paces herself. She also never bites anything — and i mean ANYTHING. whole. She only takes small bites :o
— # 12 . Saying no !
Ive never met a skinny person who’s struggled to say no to food. They just simply say no ! Or they push it away or something— but they’ve never bargained or complained, they just simply dont want it. ( i struggle the most with this )
— # 10 . Get active !!
All of my friends do something to remain active. I have one friend who does cheer and marching band and she’s really thin ! Even my bf who’s skinny still exercises when he has the time. Being active is so important !!
— # 13 . Busy schedule !
This one is alot like getting active but keeping a nice schedule where you arent just lying around all day prevents the urge to binge ! My friends have jobs, they do clubs, they go out. I have a pretty busy schedule too and it really helps !
— # 11 . Simple cooking !
This really helps when you know how to cook— i know how to cook and i get this habit from my friend who cooks everything she eats. Ofc she’ll have some junk food once in a while but she cooks, her mom cooks, they only eat cooked fresh foods !

I do this exactly. Esp when im out in a group and im close to being the fattest it kinda humbles me and forces me to act different so others don’t perceive me as fat
Sometimes i feel like im not disordered enough to be here 😭 like im diagnosed but i feel like ive developed disordered eating not an eating disorder—??? Does that make sense ??? 😭😭
