@AnthonyIsaacs If it happens to me I go extra slow for a week with a couple of strides at the end of runs maybe. Legs will recover and speed will come back.

@StopStartRun I normally plan the whole week ahead. Then I go out even if I don't feel like it, or the weather is bad, etc ... I always feel good at the end of a run.
