As a lawyer, my take is that the Hornets did a poor job with the paperwork. The contract should not allow an easy out like "we didn't like his medicals". It should've been very specific about what medical issues could and could not allow them to rescind the deal. Sounds like buyer's remorse and they used medical as the excuse. @HornetsLead #Hornets #contractlaw
