@Ella_Maru @vagar112 @ScienceMagazine Yes Puffin and Puffin-D can predict mutation effects by comparing predictions for sequences carrying each allele. Puffin is more focused on interpreting the effects (e.g what motif is affected and how it affects transcription). Puffin-D is more focused on prediction accuracy.
