Happy to get this work out. We developed CRISPR-CLEAR to dissect enhancers at nucleotide resolution with some nice implications for CAR-T cell therapy. Work co-led with @BasheerBecerra & @SWittibschlager under the supervision of @lucapinello, @DSeruggia and @danielevanbauer
First pre-print from the lab! Together with @lucapinello and @danielevanbauer we developed CRISPR-CLEAR, an experimental and computational pipeline to dissect enhancers at nucleotide resolution.

@michael_nielsen Don’t remember the quote from skunk works but just reading about the test pilots blew my mind. Tom Wolfe really captures it well in the Right Stuff! The risk tolerance of these pilots was off the charts.

Honestly this was amazing! Maybe one of my fav podcast episodes of all time.
Episode w @dylan522p and @asianometry out! A bonanza on how the semiconductor industry actually works. & what Xi could do if he becomes scaling pilled, how we can train models with 10,000x GPT-4's compute by end of decade, & much more. This one is very fun. Enjoy!
