Good. I was in the garage, and got hit by a crew guy pulling gas tanks back to the stall. 100% on me, in the garage, you have to keep your head on a swivel. These guys are doing their job, fans are lucky to be so close to the action. Can’t believe someone brought this to court.
A U.S. Court of Appeals panel in California has ruled in favor of Wood Brothers in suit from LVMS fan who was hit by a pit cart being pulled back to garage. Court upheld lower court ruling enforcing the hot pass waiver the fan signed that absolved team/team members of liability.
