@HalifaxBank sorry you got it wrong. It happens when I want to login on your website, get the code on the screen, get a call to verify the code and there is the problem it doesn't take the code if I key in or say it so I can't access the online service

@HalifaxBank I mean it should recognize the code when I key in or? Last time it didn't recognize the code when I did the key in but has accepted when I said the code afterwards
