While am not privy to what happened to the Nigerians with KQ, i can’t refuse the fact that @KenyaAirways staff are arrogant and unhelpful. They were checking in on behalf of ET on 27th Jan. The lady checking in was asking for an Iraqi VISA written in English because she couldn’t read Arabic.All IRAQI Visas are in Arabic. I had to call someone from ET to assist my staff had been denied check-in. They really need training on PR.
