Here’s a comics related note on the 4th anniversary of #SonicMania. The final finished cover art in Archie’s main series was this from the canceled issue 293 which took place in Studiopolis and would have seen a tokusatsu style tv show modeled after Sonic’s ”real life” adventures

I got this gem from @yardleyart at a convention in Savannah 2 years ago and I still can't believe it. Tracy Yardley's work on Sonic is the perfect representation of this character to me, and it was a childhood dream to own a Yardley original. Thanks, Tracy, for my PR Sonic. 🇵🇷

It’s been out for a bit now, so here are some of the fixes I ended up making on Sonic issue 44. First on pg 1 the script asked for him as if he were chiding bad children or some such, so I had him clapping as if to call for their attention. SEGA asked for 2 subsequent changes /1
