this is a blanket statement just to cover their asses - most websites already have just a catch-all about this anyway. artificial intelligence models aren't primarily for generative purposes, this likely applies to determining whether or not your tweet will do well before it does

the major issue is that art (writing, music, images etc)’s value is determined perceptively, whereas those other tasks have a definitive answer. the shortcomings of AI mean they can’t actually be used for those definitive tasks, but in a place where accuracy is less scrutinised?
