@i_m_prapti GMRCL has stated that they will only respond to written RTI requests, as per the RTI Act 2005. A consumer court complaint may not resolve the issue without validated information, making it a potentially unproductive use of time for metro passengers.

Also GMRC payment instructions still need improvement only 2-3 NCMC enable nodes (entry/exit) gate working other gates are just useless (because they are not upgraded to support ncmc), in the backend server fetch realtime user ncmc balance and show on entry/exit gate display.
