@Ella_Maru Thanks Ella. Excellent question. From the Hi-C heatmap (Fig. 5a), the changes of chromatin architecture in VE seem very limited. Differences are more apparent in MEF, as compartments appeared stronger, but more analyses are probably needed to confirm this.
