A legendary journey of a pioneer in the field of epigenetics. Thanks for sharing it.
I wrote a memoir for Michael Grunstein, a pioneer in histone biology and epigenetics, for @theNASciences. Read about his incredible personal journey and how his career unfolded.

Marvelous work from Nicola Festuccia, Pablo Navarro and the team! Huge amount of work and beautiful/impressive mouse genetics. Glad that our Nr5a2 studies independently reached the same conclusion🤝🤝Congratulations!👏👏👏
After a massive team effort leaded by the incomparable @NicolaFestuccia I am really happy to share our freshly published @ScienceMagazine ms where we elevate Nr5a2 to the top of gene regulation in the morula. 🔥🔥🔥 Take a look at Nicola's description 👇!

Thanks Edda and Alex for writing this beautiful and insightful N&V! @EddaGSchulz @AlexandraMMar and @NatureGenet Lots of interesting questions for early development and chromatin organization await to be answered and glad that we can contribute a small piece. Post your reply
Together with PhD student @AlexandraMMar we wrote a News&Views @NatureGenet about the new paper📜 from @xielablife. A stunning data set on the 3D chromatin structure of the X chromosome in early embryos reveals unexpected large-scale structures: 🐭🧬🔺🔺

@Ella_Maru Thanks Ella. Excellent question. From the Hi-C heatmap (Fig. 5a), the changes of chromatin architecture in VE seem very limited. Differences are more apparent in MEF, as compartments appeared stronger, but more analyses are probably needed to confirm this.
