@DerrickEvans4WV The misguided: They are trapped by their confirmation bias. The rest: They benefit from the corruption so this directly hurts them.
CONFIRMATION BIAS is an example of how people can process information in an ILLOGICAL biased manner... why they may SEE what others don't because your BRAIN (subconscious) looks for evidence to CONFIRM what you've told it. IGNORING information inconsistent with their beliefs.

@JackPosobiec Part of it is a terrible case of confirmation bias and their brain refuses to let go of the narrative that Trump = bad. The media they consume and the people they surround themselves with have really done a number on them.

@GuntherEagleman They had all sorts of hearings on it and were stonewalled. I’ll never understand. A lot of good talk and no practical action happened. It was like they needed the head of the Executive branch to step in…
USAID: Unelected USAID administrator stonewalled Congress for years refusing to tell Senators what the organization was funded and why. Who elected Samatha Powell? No one.
