My sister, her husband, and their 6mo baby were staying with us last week. On more than one occasion, the husband didn't seem to notice or respond when one of my kids said no, or stop. Me and my wife each had to speak up on their behalf.

I did this once and one really hot summer they started to die in my yard so I lost it and brought them into a spare room and we all got fleas and they ended up being horribly diseased and I had to call my mom to come get them and take them to a rescue shelter and bomb the house.

Thanks for all your prayers everyone. I came home from the hospital last night with a diagnosis of ulcerative colitis, a rare bowl disease that causes chronic inflammation of the innermost lining of the intestines. It's not curable but much of it is manageable.
