Bottom line: An unaccredited Bible college named Life Christian University gave him an honorary degree. He didn't take classes or attend. The "school" is considered a church by the IRS. No wonder he hasn't talked about it and took the video down after I called him out.

Barton didn't identify the school and hid the degree behind his honorary degrees from unaccredited schools. Who does that? Then he said he'd chosen not to talk about his doctorate. Ask yourself, why would anybody hide an earned doctorate and choose not to talk about it?

Barton is such a great historian that he confidently proclaimed that he had an earned doctorate, only to take down his video claim the next day when the source of his earned doctorate was revealed.
Hard to believe that a self-proclaimed historian -- one who plays so fast and loose with evidence that his publisher actually had to recall one of his books because it was so filled with lies and mistakes -- somehow misread all that history.
