UPDATE: Woodland - A Kalama man died this AM after his car was struck, sending it into Horseshoe Lake. The causing driver initially stoped, but left. WSP is looking for a DARK/2 DOOR car w/aftermarket wheels/exhaust & front end damage. Similar to a late 90’s/Early 00’s Civic.
