Ravens fans will clamor for the most elite receiver core, but not acknowledge they are literally elite at every other position group.
Like the only way you can “invest” into Lamar is receivers.
A all pro tight end, nope
All pro left tackle, nope
One of the leagues best rushing
The wife and I have decided - we’re definitely leaving AZ (going to keep our place here, too much family here)
Looking between PNW, and Southeast.
Specific reasons why (land, access to outdoor lifestyle, and family)
Pros and cons to both.
Keep in mind, I’m an avid back
@Farzin21
lol what a lazy take.
Tell me you don’t know ball without telling me
Tell me you didn’t watch a post game interview without telling me
Your tweet does both.
Learn the game if you’re gonna be a “die hard fan”.
@prestonholland6
No state income tax is something to consider.
Also, vastly cheaper to travel to other areas bc of how close everything is.
A good reason to fly private!
@AustinLinney
Several reasons.
My wife is originally from France. Az is the exact opposite climate (PNW is actually very similar climate)
Summers are tough, and it’s not the heat. It’s that you can’t even go outside. Pool gets too hot unless it’s early morning, swing sets burn your skin.
Posting here in hopes of finding the right person!
I’ve slowly worked on this truck for ~ 3 years, and finally ready to find its new home.
I’ve had a blast on this, taking a full off-frame restoration from a company I’ve worked with for years, and adding some of my own
@pinpulleddrmf
My sister and brother n law are moving back to NC.
Love how SC is easily connected to everything (I’m originally from Baltimore)
Also, summer lake life might be the best version of life.
Plus the golf
Can fly back to CO (where my brother lives, which I do now to ski)
@Chughes612
Watching this fan base crucify Harbs but praise tomlin for essentially having a worse team over the last 5 years, is great content.
FYI - I played for tomlin, don’t think there is a better coach in the league.
Butnyall are comically funny 😂😂😂
@TomBevanRCP
@Garrett_Archer
going back to your tweet regarding election integrity - I am also having family and friends reporting back the same thing.
Is this normal or what’s the real deal going on here?
Grateful for our team at Better Agency for forcing me out of the office to spend time with my new family of 4!
Wife is well, baby girl is well, and ur 2 yr old daughter is starting to come around to the idea that the baby is here to stay lol
Lots of coffee is being consumed!
I didn't intend for my "move from AZ" tweet to get over 1 million views & 500 comments. Biggest takeaways:
- More political opinions than I expected (more on that in a 2nd tweet)
- PNW is unrivaled for outdoor activities.
- Utah, CO, ID get a lot of love for the same reasons
Catching passes in the NFL is cool.
Growing a tech company that doubles each year is really cool.
But when the wife is away and you got a 2 yr old and 8 mo log girl, and you get them down for a nap at the same time…
That’s maybe my biggest accomplishment yet
#KillinTheGame
Snuck out to Disney for a quick trip.
I keep hearing the advice “enjoy it while you can” and don’t let the business of work and business take away from your kids.
Doing my best to take that to heart
Stuffed the 3 yr olds shoes to get her on the cars ride. Worth it 😎
A big milestone happened a few weeks ago. Over 1,000 daily active users on Better Agency.
The amount of feedback, stress, and ideas that are coming through from these users, is unbelievable.
Our team will be double in size from Q4 2020 to Q2 2021
We started 15 months ago...
She’s not on Twitter, but todays our 9 year anniversary.
All the best moments of my life, have been with her by my side, and she’s been by my side since we first met in 2009.
My wife’s best trait, is how she makes the hard things in life, easy
@HoodieRamey
Wallace was always a good look at a 3/4 guy.
Just hasn’t seem to get those opportunities.
I promise, I trust his hands more than Nelly.
Is what it is
@BoStratton
This photo is amazing. I would have guessed Maine, not Washington!
Was just going to take a look more toward Spokane Washington, basically opposite direction of Seattle
@adamhousley
I remember writing about the patriot act in 10th grade and making (what I believed) a great argument how it was unconstitutional and an emotional response to the failure of our intelligence organizations at the time
I'm excited to share that Better Agency has raised $8 Million in our Series A round.
Special thank you to Stephen Schmalhofer from Teamworthy Ventures, Matt Kinley from ManchesterStory,

Make a rule for mornings and evenings.
I don’t work from 5-8 as I’m with my girls.
I get up at 430 to do what I need to do, and then get my girls up every morning, and we get ready together, then I go to the office.
Those 20 min together in the morning sets my day. Coming home
Spent the last week in flagstaff with the family working remote from the snow.
Got afternoons in the snow with this one all week and it was pretty awesome
@tedspradlin
Love bend. Trying to see if we can find some affordable property in the area - as I know prices have gone up the last few years (as has everywhere but bend seem to blow up a bit)
500 + Comments, so here are the top 5 recommended places to move (PNW/SE)
1. Bend, OR
2. Idaho (Not specifying, b/c its my favorite)!
3. Greenville, SC
4. Eastern TN
5. Ashville NC
Most of these are the general areas, so cities/towns in the same area also got a lot of praise!
The wife and I have decided - we’re definitely leaving AZ (going to keep our place here, too much family here)
Looking between PNW, and Southeast.
Specific reasons why (land, access to outdoor lifestyle, and family)
Pros and cons to both.

If your in business, or really life in genera, make sure you have someone as loyal and supportive as
@NicholasAyers
Not a month goes by where this list of insuretech leaders are posted ilthat he doesn’t chime in asking to put me on the list 😂😂😂
Theodore Roosevelt’s “Man in the Arena” has to be in consideration for greatest quotes of all time, right?
Sits on my desk,I remember the 1st time I read that quote, it was on the wall of an old run down gym where i used to train when still playing ball
What are some others?
Carriers, man.
Approved to receive their data over a year ago. They then tell someone we are not.
I then have to take them to school. The revolving door at carriers and their lack of focus on helping agencies, and partners, is wild.
I keep receipts
@SMB_Attorney
No.
I have girls, so maybe I'm not "actually" faced with this.
Football gave me so much, but I gave it just as much.
If I did/do have a boy, no tackle FB till high school. Even then, it be hard.
I was 24 and couldn't walk up stairs. Im 33 and feel great, but its daily
Excited to announce this as we grow our team from 15 + to 30 + in the next 12 months and continuing to invest into developing the standard for insurance software and the only Sales-Driven AMS!
Exciting times at Better Agency! 🎉
We recently closed a funding round for $2.1M
Click on the article to hear why we raised capital, and what we plan on doing with it.
My wife’s biggest complain of the US (she’s from France) is our food, health, and healthcare system.
For a long time, we accepted the food system here, for what it is. Do the best we can.
But when we started having kids, we realized that just wasn’t going to work. Everything
@Chughes612
Love Ed! Ray didn’t like him either. Harbs was hired to change the culture. Of course those guys didn’t like him.
And that’s ok.
The best organizations I’ve been apart of had conflict and worked through it
Still doesn’t make him bad at his job. Arguably, statistically
I feel like I’ll try to keep this yearly update going.
We’ve helped quote, issue, and renew over $400M in premium this year.
Well onto our goal of $1B by 2024 (should hit next year).
30 + employees all singularly focused on helping agencies quote and sell more premium
So update here.
We launched
@mybetteragency
2 years ago.
We have 20 employees, all completely dedicated to helping agencies issue $10Billion in new premium by 2025 (we are blowing through our original goal and need a bigger one).
From Feb (below), we have more than doubled
@Chughes612
This game is more than one player, but I’d expect nothing less from a “Twitter expert”
Twitter has given fans way too much credibility man.
Ask any player or team in the league. No better organizations than the ravens and Steelers, including both the head coaches.
Just cuz
@bobbybaltim0re
I mean this in all sincerity
But maybe like the guys in that locker room know more then “ravens twitter experts”
I think the o line deserves criticism, but there is a reason that harbs is well established and well liked across the league.
Even if ravens fans don’t like him
My best friend turns 33 today.
We started dating when we were 18.
Even though we both run businesses, we try to not let the problems of tomorrow, rob us of today.
Working from the PNW this week, happy birthday to my Twitterless wife!
It makes sense that we moved into an office with a coffee shop downstairs, and these are their cups, and
@NicholasAyers
is your CMO
It just makes too much sense
My dad introduced me to Star Wars when I was a kid
Now he got to take his first granddaughter on the Star Wars ride at Disney, at age 89
Really cool moment
4 trains and 3 hours, made it to our gate by 15 min.
Just to find out we’ve been delayed 3 hours.
Headed from northern UK to Paris today, we’ll get there eventually!
A travel filled Father’s Day
Grateful for the support of my team last week. I generally struggle to step away from work- they made it basically impossible for me to be involved and forced me away.
A week away with my girls was about as good as it gets
@LeadingReport
Regardless of politics, this is common sense.
Free market. Produce something that has adverse effects, you should be penalized.
Everyone can claim the greater good, but let me know when that’s your child or your sibling or your parent.
Accountability can’t be lost
Spent a whole weekend with just these 3. Between work, family, travel, etc - doesn’t happen as much as I’d think
My girls are everything
Although, I do miss spending more time snowboarding and playing golf - I wouldn’t trade these weekends for anything
It’s not really Father Time that gets you.
Father Fatigue. You get comfortable, tired of the grind day in and day out.
Push that out as long as you can
First trip to the ER yesterday - cut her head in the coffee table
Got a couple staples in her head, no tears and no pain meds or numbing shot.
Took it like a champ and she’s doing good!
Of course it happened while my wife wasn’t home 🤦♂️🤷♂️😂😂

No, it wasn’t legal.
The LS cannot move the ball, except when getting into position. Once set, he can only move his head down (to see the holder).
This is a point of emphasis, LS cannot love the ball once in position.
I would know, I was our emergency LS when with Philly
Do we agree that it’s sweet poetry that the browns lost a playoff game, in which Watson didn’t play, and baker Mayfield won in Tampa?
Also, that the browns have won exactly ONE playoff game since 1990..
Starting Qb? You guessed it, mayfield.
Mayfield has now won 2 playoff
For a long time, i have said Gusto is my favorite app. I still love it, and any company i have owned/run, or invested in, has used it.
However,
@Superhuman
is my favorite online app - and it just got better.
Superhuman introduced a summary feature, and it basically creates my
People need to stop overreacting about Kamala’s plan to reduce food inflation, as if it would lead to communism, mass starvation, and the end of America.
I worked in M&A in the food industry. Here’s a step-by-step summary of what would actually happen:
1. The government
Folks don’t really understand.
When you go all in on a start up, you better have your home life in order.
I’ve never seen a successful business owner without a supportive spouse
90% of business is pushing through tough times
Carriers really don’t get it, do they?
Carriers think they are more than a product, and that agents aren’t their customers.
The carriers that are creating great products, and are service to the agent, will win.
It’s happening now
To anyone that uses or has used both, we know that Microsoft just rolled this out the perfect way to their user base of non apple users.
