@igababygoat Yeah, I agree with the second point you've made. As for the first one, they can't really force anyone to do that. It's to her detriment, of course, but unfortunately she can do what she wants (even if it's not good for her). 😭

@Luckin_to100 WTA have not released a statement, but according to NYT: verbal abuse, working her so hard physically that she became ill, sharing the same room (which on it's own may be ok if they're romantically involved, but combined with the previous two doesn't look good).

@dori1dorime Yes, it's not good. But I believe she will eventually understand it for what it is/was. Just hope sooner rather than later.

Hold on, I've just realised (he-lloooo!) that Iga beat Elena in the Doha final last year to get her 3-peat. I feel better now haha.
I've just remembered how Iga was going for a 3-peat in Stuttgart in 2024 and in Rome in 2023 and it was Ryba who won both and beat her along the way (well, one was an injury but still). Please can I forget this now? 😭

I don't know who I want to win this. I'm feeling very generous towards Ryba because of what she's going through, but I also want Sramkova to do well....
