This is how subscriptions get you. Dear @HP, you actively track how many pages are printed per month. And when I went over the quota one month, you happily charged extra. Shouldn't you then build a feature where if a subscriber is not using most, if any, of the monthly quota, you proactively communicate and let them know that they are over-paying? I'm not even asking for an auto step-down. I'm sure some analyst internally is generating a report monthly on how many households are paying without printing and you are happily counting that towards revenue. Consumers all around the world for all products overpay when they're on a subscription. Companies should proactively evaluate whether the customer is getting value or not and help them take action. #subscription #businessethics #ethics cc: @FTC @bbb_us

So what do you do? Well thank god for @stockx... just secured another pair to last me for the next 100+ miles. Hopefully @Nike immortalizes this model and makes it again by then. 🙏

The @Nike #Invincible2 is perhaps the best everyday running shoe that has been ever created. Max cushion, balanced upper, and grippy outsole for all conditions. I've ran in these on asphalt, track, gravel, sand, and even hiking trails. And they're stylish as well! But after 150+ miles in, mine are beat and it's time to finally say goodbye. Unfortunately I'm not able to find a replacement model. Even the Invincible 3s are not as great.

Even after two decades, @Xfinity / @XfinitySupport manages to frustrate you and not solve your issues. Website keeps logging you out automatically. Plans don't actually match in real life. And pricing changes randomly based on whether you're logged in or not. Why can't you just make it simple? Stop trying to bundle services or equipment. Stop trying to play games between existing vs new customers. Why don't you try be a company that is loved rather than function like a utility company?

Dear @FCC / @JRosenworcelFCC, why do we let millions of Americans be harrassed and scammed via phone? I get over 30 scam calls each day, use dedicated apps to block these in layers, and even then have some slip through. In this day and age, it should be easy to detect which numbers are used by scammers and rapidly shut it down. Why not evolve the phone protocol so that telcos can innovate here? Relying on end-user apps to combat this just feels backwards. Just think about how many Americans lose their hard earned money to various phishing, social engineering, and various forms of scam? Think about how much resources and time wasted nation-wide per year on this. Please take action and solve this foundationally from the protocol itself.
