193g orange juice
Three full spoons of raw royal jelly
4-5 slops of honey
4,5 TBSP grass fed beef gelatin
Mix the two juices in a saucepan and pour the gelatin on top. Let bloom for 5-8 minutes, heat it on low heat just till the gelatin dissolves -

150g dark chocolate
36 g powdered sugar

1 double shot espresso/cold
190g creamer to whip
