@FranWalsh73 This is a very low IQ take from a supposed top 100 advisor, so bad that anything else from Fran should be ignored. The stated cost is $73k over 30yrs. That’s equal to $203/month. Compare that with the cost to rent, thats the analysis. Cmon Fran stop the clickbait garbage takes

Havent rerun calcs recently but I bet everything is down +60% from price when they released and +95% down from their price targets. Literally. Ouch
