Pulled up by a @NYorksPolice check point on the way home from work. The officer was happy that the @StrayFM Hometime show was an essential reason for travel and gave me a smile and let me go. He said to me “I thought I recognised your face” thankfully a good reason for this 👍👮♀️.

Should of been celebrating my 29th Birthday in The Black Sheep Beer Tent at the @greatyorkshow but that’s not open, so celebrating it in Scotland 🏴drinking tennents larger instead! A lot less farmers but easier to get to the bar (that’s bar not baaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrr) 🤣

Today I found a lady age 79 covered in blood lying in the road, she had fallen off her🚲 .With the help of an AMAZING lady called Julie from @FodderHarrogate we supported until the 🚑 arrived. Just had a phone chat with “Moira” and she has been released from hospital #newfreind.
