👽👽👽👽👽 Bioluminescent fungi growing in driftwood along the Washington coast. It was absolutely wild walking along the beach and finding glowing logs. Our plant is full of such wonder.

New Abronia just dropped... Abronia zongolica!!! I was lucky to see this adult male of an at the time undescribed species of Arboreal Alligator Lizard while visiting Zongolica last year. The paper describing them was released today. Congratulations to everyone involved.

I found this weird Dicamptodon yesterday. It went like this. I flip rock, see mottled back of animal, brain lights up Dicamp, hand grabs the Dicamp, feels like Dicamp, Brain is excited, hand reports something wrong they feel no legs, brain goes wtf, trout goes wtf.
