ICYMI: WilCo broke ground on its Juvenile Justice Center expansion project on Friday, Jan. 31. The project includes 48 new beds, a new regional courtroom, and upgrades and renovations to multiple areas. Project cost is estimated $90M with final completion expected by summer 2027.

The Commissioners Court approved an agreement with the Yellow House Foundation for recovery support group services provided through grant funds awarded to WilCo from the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program grant award. The $300,000 grant is for a 3-yr term.
