@SymoneBeez Remote jobs are definitely drying up. You have to adapt* *For the mediocre and not highly skilled. *For those who can't provide enough value to a company *For those who don't understand that going in even when remote, is beneficial for their career.

Anyone who is on the contracting consulting work for IT in project based work. You are screwing yourself if you bill hourly. You should at a minimum bill a daily rate or a fixed fee based upon the project completion. All big $ in IT works off a fixed fee and so should you.

I fully believe a lot of the improvements from Cisco and HP in the wireless marketplace over the last 5 years has a lot to do with Mist being a complete game changing innovator.
