@LUCKYY10P The first time it came out.. sure. Thought it was neat. Grinded out Paragon. Next season, when you had to do the mind numbing commendations - got to level 10. Season after, level 9 etc. if the majority of the tasks are mind numbing, I’m not doing it over & over again each season.

@criodanomurchu @Andy_2000x @Aoibhin_B So, only the state can offer rental housing? Have you seen how Ballymun, Ballyfermot, Darndale (where I’m from) worked out? There needs to be better regulation for sure, but the worst thing that could happen is having public bodies manage housing

HAP (government) covers all of this with the tenant contributing a much smaller amount - paid to the government, not me. Rent hasn’t increased in 9 years! She was homeless and now has a stable home.

@criodanomurchu @Aoibhin_B Why should the rent be low because there’s no mortgage? Bins & electricity are paid by tenant. Must be hard to be so bitter. I rented a 3 bed home to a homeless mother on HAP, haven’t raised the rent in 9 years, give 500 quid at Christmas each year & still you have problems with?
