@wisplite @LuftkoppTim @uwukko Ohhh I see. Given I'm using 56/256GB of my storage, I'm really not concerned.

That's pretty encouraging. I think that'll be the kit I go for. Would be pairing with a 7800X3D, so would be perfect for testing nearly any GPU, spare the RTX 5000 stuff, but who the hell can afford that anyways. And yeah, ik 64GB RAM is overkill rn. Just figured I'd try my hand at making a couple videos on some hardware I have laying around, specifically GPUs. Already got the CPU and motherboard, and all the rest, so might as well.

@itsCakeChan just from this alone, I can say that your artwork is absolutely gorgeous! I really don't get people who complain about art prices, when so much time and effort goes into something like this.

@TechLab_UK @patriot_viper Looking at getting a kit of the non RGB 64GB 6400MHz stuff for the test bench. Never used anything from patriot before though, only considering because it's cheap. Would you recommend?

@uwukko No, but I probably should. I drink probably far too much cocacola and apparently it is better for your teeth if you drink through a straw.

@RetroTechChris If I had to guess, it's probably some frankinstein board built with salvaged parts from other boards.

Adobe. I still use ancient (to today's standards) versions of premiere and photoshop, it just works and is rock solid stable. I've tried alternatives, but this is just what works best for me right now. My windows install is fully patched up to January 2025, so not too concerned about the security aspect here.
