We do our small bit, hope the Nation stands with the Parents of soldiers who have given their all ๐น๐ฎ๐ณ๐๐
'Namaste Bhaisaab' I say every time his call comes... knowing I must take the call although we've never met 'Namaste Didi, sab theek ho? Iss bar aankh banvayi hai Kanpur mein. Badhiya Doctor ne kala chasma aur dawa di hai.... ' For over a year now, elderly father of CRPF Braveheart Sepoy Manoj Kumar has been calling every two weeks, just to share greetings and problems he and his wife Sharada Devi face One among many elderly parents neglected after their brave son sacrificed all for a nation that forgets... Braveheart Sepoy Manoj Kumar gave his life fighting Naxals in 2009. We try to do our bit with help of people who share pride in our Bravehearts.... but is that enough? Who is supposed to take care of the needs of old parents who raised soldier sons to defend our Freedom? Jai Hind Ki Sena ๐ฎ๐ณ

We have done our bit ๐๐น๐ Hope Ishrat has adequate support for successful therapy โ๐น๐
Support request for Para Sports Player Recently, I have been connected with Ishrat Akther Rashid, India's First international Wheelchair Basketball player, through @PiushSharma28, brother of Braveheart Col Ashutosh Sharma SM *** Sharing Ishrat's motivating story to overcome life's toughest challenges "I was a very normal village girl until I had a fall from the balcony of my house, by accident on 24 August 2016, that broke my spinal cord, leaving me physically challenged and handicapped. After that accident I was a Patient at the Bone and joint hospital where I joined the Wheelchair Basketball team and got selected to play the National in Tamilnadu, representing Dehli. J&K did not have a team at that time. I collected some good players from J&K and made a team for J&K. Then I played the second National at Mohali while representing J&K. There, I was selected to represented india at the Asia Oceania wheelchair basketball Championship at Pattaya Thailand in 2019 International level. I also played wheelchair handball world championships held in Egypt Besides that, I participated in a Boys Wheelchair race, being the only girl in that race and secured First position in that race. I also play Wheelchair Table Tennis. As a Motivational speaker, I have delivered many talks in Kashmir and out of the State too. I was presented the *Kashmir Young leadership award 2021 by the lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir* ( Shri Manoj Sinha). I was also presented the *Kashmir Young Achiever's Award, 2021* by Major General Prashant Srivastava, GOC Victor Force, on behalf of the Governor." While Ishrat's father has supported and encouraged her efforts, financial constraints are a reality. She has undergone 2 months of physiotherapy in Bengaluru which has helped her stand with support and she needs to continue the treatment. She is determined to try and walk and feels she can do so with therapy support. Ishrat has requested help and Major Akshay Girish Trust has contributed Rs 20K to cover expenses for one month This is a public request for support. Please help this young gritty sportsperson fighting odds to be back on her feet by contributing to continue her physiotherapy treatment for adfitional 3 to 5 months. Phone pay number is 9596199148 (Ishrat Rashid). Thanks in advance ๐
