The one and only regulator of UK Medical Cannabis. The most censored man in the UK cannabis space. Protector of Labrats. https://t.co/2xaFjchqHy

My wife found medical cannabis to be more dangerous than opiods because of the contaminants in the cannabis. She was sent a pot of cemical smelling irradiated cannabis and when she asked to see some safety data on the irradiated Cannabis, there was no safety data to be found. That's when she realised she was being used as a labrat in the long-term safety studies of irradiated cannabis and she stopped. Yes, opiods are a nightmare to be on, but they are a safer drug than medical cannabis due to the un tested manufacturing processes. Cannabis from the street is not subjected to this experimental process and is far safer than medical cannabis.

I feel the same way about these clinics and their fraudulant contracts. The only reason I haven't reported it yet is because the longer I leave it, the more customers they will take on and have to supply for free once their contracts are proven fraudulant and not fulfilling informed consent. Oh, how they will screech.
Listen Larry, we need to stop government spending like a drunken sailor on fraud & waste or America is gonna go bankrupt. That does mean a lot of grifters will lose their grift and complain loudly about it. Too bad. Deal with it.

The Role of Racism in U.S. Cannabis Prohibition The roots of global cannabis prohibition can largely be traced to the United States, where anti-cannabis campaigns were intertwined with racist ideologies. In the 1910s and 1920s, the U.S. saw an influx of Mexican immigrants following the Mexican Revolution. These immigrants introduced the recreational use of "marihuana," which quickly became associated with Mexican communities. American media and politicians exploited xenophobic fears, framing cannabis as a dangerous drug used by immigrants and people of color to incite violence and moral decay. Sensationalist headlines claimed that cannabis caused "insanity," "criminal behavior," and "racial mixing," stoking public fear and prejudice. This narrative was further fueled by anti-Black sentiments, with claims that cannabis use led African Americans to commit violent crimes and challenge the social order. Harry Anslinger, the first commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, was a central figure in the campaign to criminalize cannabis in the United States. Appointed in 1930, Anslinger aggressively pushed for the prohibition of cannabis, using overtly racist rhetoric to demonize both the drug and the people associated with it. His efforts were not rooted in scientific evidence or concerns about public health but were instead part of a broader strategy to maintain social control and institutional power, particularly targeting African American and immigrant communities during a time of significant cultural change. Anslinger’s campaign was marked by explicitly racist language designed to stoke public fear. He infamously claimed, “Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men,” a statement that reveals his deep-seated belief that cannabis posed a threat to the racial hierarchy by empowering Black Americans. He further asserted, “There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the U.S., and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their satanic music, jazz, and swing result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and others.” Such statements were not isolated remarks but part of a calculated effort to link cannabis use with racial minorities, crime, and moral decay, playing into the racial anxieties of white America at the time. In addition to targeting Black communities, Anslinger directed his attention toward artists and musicians, particularly those involved in the jazz scene. He viewed jazz as a corrupting influence, fueled by cannabis, and emblematic of broader societal changes he sought to suppress. One of his most notorious targets was the legendary jazz singer Billie Holiday. After Holiday began performing “Strange Fruit,” a haunting protest song against the lynching of Black Americans, Anslinger pursued her relentlessly, using drug charges as a means to harass and ultimately contribute to the decline of her health and career. Anslinger’s motivations were not solely based on personal prejudice; economic and political factors also played significant roles. The end of alcohol prohibition left the Federal Bureau of Prohibition without a clear purpose, and Anslinger needed a new target to justify his agency’s existence. Cannabis provided that target. Additionally, industrial interests, such as the timber and synthetic fiber industries, saw hemp (a variety of the cannabis plant) as a direct competitor. Influential figures like William Randolph Hearst, who had significant investments in the timber industry, supported Anslinger’s anti-cannabis campaign through sensationalist journalism that framed cannabis as a dangerous, foreign threat.

I wish our cannabis doctors had a spine like this.
@marclanders I've been prescribed by Dr. Nanninga in Dutch Deathrow to grow my own. He was upset that I wasn't given enough income for him to prescribe me repeat Bedrocan, so he prescribed that I grow on my balcony that he cycled past every day. Politie nearly killed me for one HighCBD plant.

I can guarantee they would lol. I'd love to know how much the uk cannabis industry and clinics pay our government in lobbying to keep control of the market and the nhs away from it.
@marclanders Would love to see an independent review on the uk cannabis scene, I'd bet my house that it'd show not only shady deals but a concerted effort to protect the monopoly these companies have.

@ShaunSummersgil @marclanders It won't. It is far cheaper to grow it in poorer countries. Growing it in England will be one of the more expensive places to grow. Hence, why glass pharms bud was the same price as shipped in bud.

@Sacha_Lord Good riddance. I smoke weed, and nothing is changing. No price increases or nothing. Go legal and get shafted. Stuffs poison anyway.
