This fascinating research paper, shared by my friend @ChaldeanToday, is titled "The Origin and Spread of Christianity in Malabar (Kerala): Scenario prior to the European advent (1498 AD)" by Ben James Maliakkal. 📜 It explores the long-standing maritime trade between ancient Mesopotamia and India. Did you know Chaldean traders had strong connections with India’s western coast? As early as 3000 BC, they traded teak wood, gold, spices, pearls, and muslin (Indian-made cloth) via sea routes. Evidence includes teak wood from India found in Ur (Mugheir) and records of goods imported by the "Ships of Ur."
