@stormfrontfreak Who's to say they can't take video evidence from the "qualified media outlet" professional severe weather tracker cameras and mail tickets? After all, they were operating in an emergency vehicle capacity at the time. There so many ways this could be twisted!

@stormfrontfreak I have so many problems with the bill. From chief meteorologists issuing watches and warning, to the emergency vehicle privileges, to fast-tracking by declaring a state of emergency... I'm sure they would have wanted in place by Spring this year.
