want to consistently lose a lot of weight loss in a short amount of time? omad with NO SNACKS. doing omad is the fastest way to lose weight, especially if ur meal is 400-600 cals. last time i did it i lost 4 kg in a month and i do it whenever i gain weight, it always works
if u want to look toned but skinny, do pilates
if u just want to burn fat, do cardio
if u want to bulk, lift weights (this does not mean that lifting weights will automatically make u look bulky!!)
if you want to start exercising, carbs are ur friend
before u workout eat carbs.
they keep u energized, you'll get tired later therefore be able to go for a longer time and will burn more calories since you have more energy!
but after u workout, always eat protein

never eat until you're completely full
eat just the amount before you're full, you will get the satisfaction from eating food + will be less likely to binge, or have the urge to snack because you still ate + will be losing weight!
