So I'll share a bit of good news I got at the Dr yesterday. I started a weight loss journey in Sept. I'm down 39lbs but more importantly I'm no longer bordering on diabetes as I had been for the last several years. Doc said my labs read like a 40 yr old rather than a 60 yr old!!
