@WriterHannahBT Waited a bit for my first bird this morning. Although sunny, it was quiet, maybe because of the frosty start. A pair of wood pigeons were hunched in a neighbour’s tree. Then the parakeets broke the silence. #FirsrBirdOfMyDay

@arealmofwonder I’m relating to C - solastalgia today, particularly in relation to the River Brent, which can be beautiful when clean but suffers horribly from sewage, road runoff, litter and other pollution which is making it stink like a drain whenever there’s heavy rain.
