turned on my last seen on whatsapp last week. pretty sure I had turned it off because I was anxious about not responding to certain texts on time. and when I didn’t, I could just say I didn’t read their message or my phone wasn’t on me. felt inauthentic doing that. I want to practice the fact that we don’t have to be hyperconnected because there is an option. that it is alright to not immediately respond to a text message that warrants no urgency. that it is imperative to know people aren’t always available at your beck and call. that it is okay to read an emotionally charged message and take time to respond. to not react. take your time. and more importantly, give people time.

posted a reel 2 days ago. it said that we will sign 3 creators from the comment section given they make sense to us. the reel got 25,000 comments. twenty-five thousand. everybody wants to be creator. challenging but a very exciting time to be part of this industry. will try to document the next steps of this process.
